CMO.grexel is a central registration database for European Energy Certificate System (EECS)® certificates. The types of certificates currently supported include:

o Guarantees of origin for renewable electricity (RES-GO) as meant by directive EU 2001/77/EC

o RECS certificates

o Disclosure-GO certificates

CMO.grexel is the national registry for the following domains and EECS Issuing Bodies:
o Denmark – Energinet.dk

o Finland – Grexel Systems ltd.

o Germany - Öko-Institut e.V.

o Luxembourg – Institut Luxembourgeois de Régulation

o Sweden – Grexel Systems ltd.

CMO.grexel is open to anybody who wishes to open an EECS account in the respective domains, regardless of the nationality or registration state.
